- Graduated from Yonsei University's College of Music with a major in vocal music
- Completed the advanced performance course at École Normale de Musique de Paris
- Has performed in over 300 concerts, including a solo recital at Salle Cortot, a solo concert hosted by the Korean Cultural Center in France, four solo concerts and four joint recitals in Korea, three trio concerts, and performances invited by the International Lions Club in France, Korean communities in Vancouver and Sydney, regular concerts by the Korean Music Association, Modern Vocal Ensemble, Cheongwoon Vocal Association, French Song Society, opera gala concerts, evenings of songs and arias, and evenings of Korean songs.
- Collaborated with several orchestras, including the Korean Symphony, Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra, Prime Philharmonic, Korean Philharmonic Orchestra, Seoul Pops Orchestra, Korea Philharmonic, W Philharmonic, Seoum Philharmonic, and Mostly Philharmonic Orchestra.
- Starred in Korean premieres and performances of operas such as "L'Enfant et les Sortilèges," "Once Upon a Time in Spain," "Pelléas et Mélisande," and "Yoon Dong-ju," among others like "Chunhyang," "Don Giovanni," "The Magic Flute," "Othello," "Hansel and Gretel," "Signor Deluso," "The Impresario," "The Barber of Seville," "The Triumph of Love," "Ahn Jung-geun," and "The Warriors of the Hwangju Chi skirt." His oratorio performances include "Messiah," "The Creation," "Coronation Mass," "Elijah," "St. Paul," Bach’s Cantata No. 4 and the Coffee Cantata, Requiem Mass, Stabat Mater, War Requiem, Schubert’s Mass in E-flat major, and Debussy's "The Prodigal Son."
- Released the classical ballad album "Gift" in 2001 and contributed to singer Kim Jong-hwan's fifth album. Has made appearances on KBS TV, KBS Radio, MBC, SBS, and OBS.
- Authored "French Songs and Pronunciation," published in December 2008.
- Served as a visiting professor at various institutions, including Yonsei University, Korea National University of Arts, Sookmyung Women's University, University of Seoul, Konkuk University, Dankook University, Seoul Theological University, Kookmin University, Hanshin University, Hanyoung Theological University, Hoseo University, Soongsil University, Baekseok University, and the National Opera Company Studio.
- Former music director of the Modern Vocal Ensemble (VECM).
